This is our most popular model designed for use in home health care applications.  The handwheel is chrome plated for aesthetics, cleanliness and durability.  For ease of operation, a soft rubber grip is permanently molded to the handwheel.  The rubber grip is sized so that the user can easily open/close the valve with a minimum of effort.  Especially useful for patients with arthritis or other conditions which makes gripping a normal style wrench challenging.  The ring at the end of the chain is to be attached to the regulator yoke pin resulting in a handwheel that is always available and attached to the regulator yoke.  When changing cylinders, simply lift the handwheel off of the empty cylinder, let it hang from the regulator yoke pin and then re-attach the regulator to the full cylinder.  Place handwheel on top of the valve and the cylinder can easily be opened.  No more looking for a mis-placed wrench when oxygen is desperately needed!
