- Tied-diaphragm construction for ultra-high purity or corrosive
gases
- Forged bodies and internal wetted components are available in
either 316L or C22 Hastelloy
- Tied diaphragm stack consists of five non-perforated electron
beam welded diaphragms available with either all Spron (Nickel-Cobalt
alloy) or all Hastelloy diaphragms
- Non-wetted spring assisted opening/closing mechanism for ultra
smooth and consistent opening/closing. Critical for high
purity gases!

Wetted areas are electropolished upon request to achieve a
Rmax of <39.4 micro-inch and an Ra of <10 micro-inch

combinations. Rupture disc materials can be platinum clad
nickel, nickel or stainless steel.
